Visit our SHOP page and select the products you wish to order. Proceed to your online cart and check out to process your payment. Once your payment is finalised, you will get an order confirmation from us via email.

Orders typically take 1-6 days for metro and regional Victoria and 7-10 days for interstate (outside of Victoria).

After we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number – visit the Australia Post's tracking system to check the status of your delivery and when it’s due to arrive in your hot little hands!

If you haven’t received your order by the date Australia Post advised or you can’t see the tracking movements, email us at contactus@trogin.com.au

Unfortunately not, we only ship Australia wide.

If you want to cancel your order, email us at contactus@trogin.com.au. We will happily cancel your order if it hasn’t been despatched.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to orders that have already been despatched.

Yes, if you change your mind, we will refund your items up to 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the items are unopened, unworn (in the case of clothing merchandise) and in their original saleable condition with labels and tags attached. You will need to pay the additional postage charges to send the items back to us. Please email us at contactus@trogin.com.au.

After we’ve received your returned items, we will notify you via email and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will take up to 5 business days from receipt of the returned items, and the refund will be processed on the same card you used to purchase the items.
